Calculator inputs remain in the current browser session. Optional saved profiles and check-ins use local browser storage and can be deleted from the relevant tool.
Correction reports
When you choose Send correction report, Tailvera stores the selected topic, Tailvera page path, source URL without its query or fragment, your note, review status and timestamps for up to 180 days. The form does not ask for a name, email address or device identifier. Do not include personal data, medical records or private-share links.
Anonymous interaction totals
Tailvera records only an approved event name, an internal tool label, a step or broad page group, a result state and the calendar day. Core Web Vitals are reduced to LCP, CLS or INP plus a fixed category such as home, core tool or food safety and a good, needs-improvement or poor rating; exact paths, raw performance values and metric IDs are not sent. The application analytics table does not store IP addresses, cookie identifiers, page URLs, search text, calculator values, symptoms, notes, profiles, device fields or message content.
Retention and privacy controls
Daily aggregate rows are kept for up to 90 days. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals disable this application analytics. Because no person or device identifier is stored, the aggregate rows cannot be retrieved or deleted for an individual.
Hosting and security
The hosting and security layer may process standard request metadata and set essential anti-abuse cookies. Tailvera does not copy those identifiers into its interaction table.
Children and sensitive data
The service is not designed to collect children’s data or veterinary records. Do not submit medical records through a general contact form.
